•    Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content from this site for any automated or bulk collection purpose.
•    Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution present on my content.

Reservation of Rights Regarding AI and Automated Data Mining

I expressly reserve all rights to my copyrighted content under applicable law, including any rights to opt out of text and data mining as permitted under the EU Digital Single Market Directive (Article 4) and equivalent provisions elsewhere. This website, and all content within it, is NOT to be used, accessed, or ingested by any AI system, bot, crawler, or automated tool for the purpose of training, developing, or improving any machine learning or generative AI model, without my express prior written consent. This reservation applies regardless of whether such content is described as "publicly available."

Permitted Use

You are welcome to share links to my shop and social pages, save personal photos of items you've purchased for your own private use, or tag/mention @finchandpetal when sharing your own photos of purchased pieces with credit. Press, bloggers, and collaborators are welcome to reach out directly for permission to feature my work.

Trademark

"Finch & Petal" and any associated logo are used to identify my handmade goods business. Please do not use this name or logo to imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without my permission.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe your work has been used on this site in violation of your rights, or if you discover my work being used elsewhere without permission (including in AI-generated content or training datasets), please contact me at sjw@finchandpetal.com so it can be addressed.
